OK, we’ll admit it – the majority of our staff here at WhirlWind Creative are really still kids at heart.

So when the good people at Levine Children’s Hospital reached out to us to help out with an upcoming fundraiser we said “YES” faster than you can say “Slinky.”

The fundraiser is a two-night event at EpiCentre called Celebrate for Kid’s Sake and features some of Charlotte’s best nightspots and the best weekly happy hour celebration on the planet (in our humble opinions).

The festivities begin with a text-to-give campaign at Alive After Five Thursday night, June 3. The following night, Levine staffers will sell wristbands which will get you into EpiCentre favorites such as BlackFinn, Whisky River, Suite, Mez and Kazba. Proceeds from the wristband sales will benefit Levine Children’s Hospital.

It all builds to Prelude to the Dream, a charity race put on by the Tony Stewart Foundation. A portion of the benefits from Prelude to the Dream will also go to Levine Children’s Hospital. The race, which airs on pay-per-view, will be shown live at StrikeCity on Wednesday, June 9.

WhirlWind Creative has been working together with staff members from Levine Children’s Hospital on the planning, implementation and creative for Celebrate for Kid’s Sake and it’s been a blast!! Moreover, it’s been a very rewarding experience to help out on something so worthwhile. Do your best to make it out to EpiCentre June 3, June 4 or both and help us Celebrate for Kid’s Sake!
