Our Story
Founded in 2001 by Shannon Elmore, Shannon didn’t inherit a business—she built one with pure hustle. This woman-owned, minority-owned agency was built on late nights, big dreams, and a three-week NASCAR deadline that lit a fire still burning today. These walls weren’t built by handouts or nepotism, it was hard work, determination, and creativity. It took waiting in lobbies, knocking on doors, and knowing how to turn an initial “no” into “watch this.” Within months, she turned a laptop and a dream into a client list that read like a victory lap. As the client list grew, so did the company; and soon a one-woman show turned into an incredible team of creatives whose combined skillsets offer clients a multitude of solutions under one roof.
