Assistant Brand Manager Application

The Assistant Brand Manager supports the development, execution, and evolution of brand strategy across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, stays ahead of emerging trends, and brings fresh, creative thinking to every project. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid to test the waters, ask smart questions, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams. Plus, we don’t require a degree to work for us!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns across digital and social channels
  • Monitor cultural, social, and industry trends to inform content and strategy
  • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts that push boundaries and challenge the status quo
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future initiatives
  • Communicate ideas, feedback, and project updates clearly and confidently
